Ultimate Convenience. Every K-Cup® contains its own filter and just the right amount of freshly roasted Green Mountain coffee to brew one single, perfect cup. The K-Cups® are flushed with nitrogen and stay sealed until you start brewing, so the coffee is never stale. With the Keurig brewing system, you get one freshly brewed cup of coffee at a time, with no measuring, no grinding, and no mess to clean up!
