Another book about coffee?
I've collected books of all kinds for about as long as I've been reading, more than 500 at last count.
If I am not carrying one around there is sure to be one close by.
One day not to long ago a close mentor asked me why I had another book about coffee, after all don't they just repeat the same thing over and over?
The answer although a simple thing on the surface was as deep and complex as that the cup of Coffee we take for granted every morning.
The creation of this web site is partly to address the history of our worlds favorite beverage.
